Rental Information
Landlord-tenant disputes are a common occurrence in the renting process. Some of these disputes could be avoided if landlords and tenants were aware of their rights and responsibilities.  The Missouri Attorney General has an on line Landlord-Tenant Law publication that provides more information:  https://www.ago.mo.gov/docs/default-source/publications/landlord-tenantlaw.pdf?sfvrsn=4.

Union Hill Garden Tour - June 14, 2020

The Union Hill neighborhood will hold their annual Union Hill Garden Tour on Sunday, June 14, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The garden tour starts at 31st and Grand and includes several gardens throughout the neighborhood. Attendees will receive a map and guide to the locations on the tour.

A donation of $10 is requested, with funds going to help with restoration of historic Union Cemetery and to beautify the public spaces in the neighborhood. Garden Tour tickets can be purchased on the day of the tour, but we encourage purchasing in advance through the Union Hill Garden Tour Facebook page.

Also on June 14th, small group guided tours of Union Cemetery will be available for an additional $10. The tour will highlight the many beautiful trees of this historic cemetery – some of which are champions! Combo tickets include both the Union Hill Garden Tour and Union Cemetery Tree Tour. Purchase your tickets now as the group sizes are very limited.

Please follow us on facebook for info, tickets, and updates. We hope that all who host their gardens and those visiting will enjoy this communal event – as we will, of course, be encouraging everyone who participates to practice thoughtful, safe, social distancing.
